We are pleased to announce that our practice has achieved ‘OUTSTANDING’ for the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme Client Service Award.

To achieve this award, we were assessed by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) to make sure we met their strict criteria.

The RCVS make sure we are always working to provide the highest standards of care for our clients and their pets, and our outstanding achievement is the result of all our hard work.

Kate Woodman, our Head Nurse, says: “The whole team at Goudhurst work hard every day and take great pride in providing excellent service to each of our clients.

“It is fantastic that our hard work has been recognised by the RCVS and now we can say with confidence ‘We provide an outstanding service!’”
