We are a small animal and equine practice located in the picturesque village of Goudhurst. Our veterinary team comprises dedicated and experienced veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses and friendly and welcoming receptionists. Goudhurst Vets & Equine Clinic recognises the importance of the bond that exists between you and your animals and also how important it is that a relationship exists between you and your vet. Our policy is for excellent continuity of care with the familiar friendly faces of our small team.
We understand that some pets become very anxious in veterinary practice and encourage owners with nervous dogs to visit the clinic for non-invasive trips to get them used to the staff and surroundings.
We offer a range of services from routine health checks and vaccination to orthopaedic surgery and acupuncture. We have an excellent loyalty scheme called The Healthy Pet Club which helps you to spread the cost of routine and preventative treatment (such as vaccines and parasite control). There is also a scheme for horses – The Horse Health Programme – to ensure they don’t miss out.
We have a team of enthusiastic, RCVS enrolled student veterinary nurses (SVN) and experienced registered veterinary nurses (RVN). They offer various nurse clinics including weight management, senior health checks and mobility consults as well as nail clipping, advice on parasite control, behaviour, training and puppy parties.
